News flash
As of 5:30 am the Birmingham international airport was busy with lots of people wearing orange and blue. Supposedly everyone is going to a football game. Now at my current location, an airport in Houston, more auburn people have followed. I hope everyone gets to go home happy. :)

Mi familia
Things I have learned about my family over the break:
- My dad likes to play the keyboard. BY himself. In the freezing attic. In his hunting jacket.
- My mom is a copycat.
- Examples: I get a facebook, she gets one too. I start a blog, she starts a blog. I get a Flickr, well you can guess what happened… They do say imitation is the best form of flattery. So thanks I guess.
- My sister likes to spy on me. The spy pen she got for Christmas is not helping.
I am beyond blessed to be part of such an amazing, inspiring, Christ-centered family.
Off to Glendale tomorrow.

God is...
4 Days
Immersed in Your Word
Surrounded by Your Followers
Being taught by Your Disciples
Feeling Your Presence
Passion 2011: Atlanta
Here's what is bound to happen if you attend Passion:
You will be hungry... physically and spiritually
You will stand in RIDICULOUSLY long lines
You will be surrounded by people who are on fire for JESUS
You will probably run into revolving doors
You might have to check into your hotel 8 hours behind schedule and
hike 6 flights of stairs with your luggage. Thank you, Omni hotel.
You will hear amazing speakers like
Andy Stanley, Beth Moore, Francis Chan, Louis Giglio, David Platt, and John Piper
You will meet people from all over the WORLD
You will sing praises to HIM that you hope never end
You will take lots of NOTES, especially during John Piper's talk
You might have to walk a mile to community groups
You will get very little SLEEP
You will laugh a lot
You will probably cry
You will give away every dollar you brought to spread the name of JESUS
You will leave a changed person on FIRE FOR HIM.
Some pics from the unforgettable weekend...

Highlights of Christmas, Week 3
The motto of the week: Tempus Fugit.
(time flies)
This week: shopping, returns, hanging out with friends (like Alex said, roomie Michel came to visit), movies, fires, sleeping, coffee, way way way too much food, probably a few extra pounds, a new year (welcome 2011), a birthday celebration, doing nothing (this has happened a lot), reading, relaxing, and researching (what to do in Arizona, more on this later ;) )
Although there's only one week of Christmas break left, I have a feeling it's going to be a good one.

Fun with Friends
Not included in the pictures: Playing Psychology. Watching Good Will Hunting. Playing ping-pong. Eating delicious chocolate chip cookies.
Shout out to our awesome roomie Michel for visiting from Hartselle and hanging out with our crazy friends.

We Hang Out With Celebrities
So it's kind of ironic that Caroline just posted the picture of Justin because of this..
Just in case you have never watched Disney Channel, this is Lilly from Hannah Montana. Apparently The Clotheshorse is one of her favorite places to shop.
We hang out with celebrities. No big deal.
